After spending over a decade in senior management roles with the Dart Group of companies, Karl decided to put his vast experience in Retail and Asset Management to use by creating Cornwall Property Services.

"As I searched locally for property managers to oversee the buildings in my asset portfolio, it became clear that there was a dire need for expertise in this field. It was only logical with my background to move forward in filling this need".
